Transfer, first night, visa invitation support and arrival advice in one request
The Arrival Pack is for travellers who want the ground logistics settled before landing. It is a separate product from the nine-day climbing programme: buying it changes nothing that is included in an ascent package, and an ascent package does not include it.
The three tiers below are drafts. No Arrival Pack price is published on this website, because the visa-invitation supplier cost is not yet fixed and the contractual seller for this product is not yet confirmed. Every amount is stated in the written offer.

What every tier contains
All three draft tiers contain the same five services. They differ only in the accommodation category of the single included night.
One night on arrival
One night in a hostel or a hotel in the Elbrus valley, depending on the tier you choose.
One-way transfer
One journey from Mineralnye Vody Airport to the Elbrus valley. The return journey is not included.
Visa invitation support
Support in obtaining the invitation document some visa applications require. Issuing the visa itself is a decision for the authorities, not for us.
Written arrival consultation
Written answers on your meeting point, timing, route from the airport and what to prepare before you land.
Rescue-service registration support
Support in registering your planned stay with the rescue service. Registration is an administrative step; it is not a rescue guarantee.

One night in a shared hostel room. The simplest arrival night: a bed in a shared room in the Elbrus valley.

One night in a private room, hostel or hotel. A private room; whether it is a hostel or a hotel room depends on what the office can confirm for your date.
Price confirmed in the written offer
One night in a private hotel room. A private hotel room in the valley, subject to a confirmed allocation for your date.
The tiers are labelled as drafts on purpose. The website publishes no Arrival Pack figure, no deposit and no payment button. The written offer states the amount before you decide anything.
How the two group departures work
Recommended scheduled arrival for the main transfer. This leaves time for baggage and group assembly.
The planned main group departure from Mineralnye Vody Airport.
A second group departure runs from two passengers and only after written confirmation from the office. Send the office your flight number before buying a non-refundable ticket.
A delayed flight is not automatically held indefinitely. If the confirmed group departure cannot be used, the office quotes a private transfer or another confirmed option.

Send only that through the public enquiry form. Passport details needed for a visa invitation are collected later through a separate protected process. Do not attach passport scans, bank-card details or medical records to the website form.

What is not settled when you send the form
- The price of the tier
- Whether the accommodation category is available on your date, and in which property
- Whether a transfer runs on your date and at your arrival time
- Whether the visa invitation can be issued for your citizenship and dates, and how long it takes
- Whether rescue-service registration is possible for your planned dates
- The contractual seller and the payment instructions
Each of these is checked for the actual request. Until the office answers in writing, nothing on this page is a confirmed reservation.
Arriving by train
The airport route does not call at Mineralnye Vody railway station automatically. Send the train number and planned arrival time to the office and obtain written confirmation of the meeting and onward journey before buying a non-refundable ticket.
If your arrival misses the group
When a scheduled arrival is later than the confirmed departure, the office can quote a private vehicle or an extra night in Mineralnye Vody with a later onward plan. The actual tariff is confirmed for each request; this page does not publish an individual-transfer price.
Who you will be contracting with
The contractual seller for the Arrival Pack, the party that receives payment and the payment instructions are identified in the written offer, before any payment is made. This page deliberately names none of them, because they are not yet confirmed. If anyone asks you to pay for an Arrival Pack to a personal card or to an account that does not match the written offer, do not pay, and tell the office.
The Arrival Pack is a separate product from the nine-day ascent programme. Do not assume the two share a seller, a contract or a payment route because both appear on this website.
Request the Arrival Pack
Select Arrival Pack in the main enquiry form and choose a draft tier. Sending the form is an enquiry, nothing more: it does not reserve a night, a seat or an invitation, it does not confirm a booking, and it never takes a payment. The office answers with a written offer that states what is available for your dates and what it costs.
