Where the enquiry goes
The complete enquiry is stored in a private WordPress card. The notification email deliberately omits submitted personal data and links authorised staff to the private card. If the internal Telegram notification is enabled, the complete enquiry is sent to a private office group. Access is limited to the operator’s authorised staff and configured service providers acting for the operator.
Website analytics
We use Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits, traffic sources and interactions with the programme, dates, calculator and enquiry form. These services may process technical information such as the page, referrer, device, browser and approximate location. Analytics events contain only event names and selected product options; names, phone numbers, email addresses and enquiry comments are not included. Google advertising signals and ad-personalisation signals are disabled.
Retention and rights
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to answer, document the request, protect legal interests and meet applicable obligations, then deleted or anonymised when no longer required. You may request access, correction, restriction, withdrawal of consent or deletion where applicable by emailing gornyashki.net@gmail.com. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate processing already completed or information that must be retained by law.
Do not send medical records through this form
The public enquiry form is not the place for diagnoses, scans, passport copies, bank-card details or other sensitive documents. If a confirmed service requires additional information, the office will provide a separate protected process.
