WEBSITE TERMS

The website explains and collects an enquiry; the written contract confirms the service

Using elbrus.tours or submitting the form does not itself create a booking, guarantee availability or authorise payment.

Enquiry

You submit preferred dates, product and contact details. The site records the request.

Office check

The office checks group operation, accommodation, mandatory fees and the complete price.

Written confirmation

The service becomes bookable only through the individual written offer, contract and payment documents.

Payment

For the planned ascent, the first payment is 15,000 RUB and the balance is due no later than ten business days before the start, unless the signed contract states otherwise.

Programme limits

  • The summit is never guaranteed.
  • Weather, route condition and participant condition can change the plan.
  • The guide may turn around an individual or the group.
  • Optional snowcat service does not guarantee success.
  • Arrival Pack is separate from the climbing programme unless the written offer combines them.

Changes and cancellation

Cancellation, transfer, replacement and refund are governed by the signed contract and the applicable law of the Russian Federation. Any deduction must follow the contract and legally documented actual expenses.

Planning prices

Prices displayed on the site are the current planning prices for the stated package. The office confirms accommodation, required public fees, availability and the complete payable amount before any payment.
